Sickness During Holiday Leave

Recent caselaw indicates that where an employee falls sick or is injured while on holiday, the Employer should allow him/her to transfer the identified days to sick leave and take replacement holiday at a later time. Of course, there is a need for sick leave to be reported in accordance with procedures if this is to be granted.
