Employee Relations

We can advise, assist and support you in implementing strategies for effective employee relations, and in improving employee communication and feed back. We can review how your organisation engages with its employees and suggest mechanisms for improvement, linking employee engagement to objectives in your HR strategy where this would be useful. We can train, coach and advise managers in dealing with individuals, employee representatives and trade unions. Our negotiating skills training will ensure your managers are equipped to deal with employee and trade union meetings and consultation.
